Could my driving record prevent me from getting a truck driving job?
Yes. Driving records are unique to the individual driver and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Certain factors, such as the seriousness of the traffic offense or how long ago the traffic conviction occurred, are taken into consideration. Because of the various ways state and local governments report traffic convictions, our experience is that the average person doesn't always know what is on his or her driving record. We recommend completing the online application so that your personal Driver Agent can review your driving record.
