USA Truck Driver Pay
USA Truck offers a great pay package for new drivers completing the Driver Solutions company-paid CDL training program. Shown below are some highlighted details of the driver pay package.
Mileage Pay Options
Your starting mileage pay with USA Truck depends upon the Driver’s Choice scholarship program you choose. The Driver’s Choice program offers you several options to pay for CDL training. The amount USA Truck pays toward your tuition cost directly affects your starting mileage rate. The beginning mileage rates range from 25¢ per mile to 27¢ per mile with pay increases every three months during your first year. Depending on the scholarship program you choose, you could earn up to $37,000 your first year.

Additional Pay
Additional pay will be provided to USA Truck drivers if the driver is required to load or unload a shipment. USA Truck also awards recruiting bonuses to employees who recruit new drivers to the company.
Over the Road Training Pay
After completing CDL training, new drivers begin a 4 to 6 week over-the-road training period with a USA Truck driver trainer. This period is paid on the job training as the student driver prepares to begin a solo trucking career. During this time, student drivers are paid a salary of $350 per week until training is completed and the student becomes a solo truck driver.
