Over the Road Training Pay
After completing CDL training, new drivers begin a 4 to 6 week training period with a P.A.M. Transport driver trainer. This is paid on-the-job training as they continue to “learn the ropes” of becoming a truck driver. During this time, student drivers are paid a salary of $300 per week until training is completed and the student becomes a "first seat" or solo truck driver.
