No Upfront Tuition Cost
Under their program, new drivers pay only $1495 of the full $5995 CDL training tuition cost - P.A.M. Transport will pick up the rest. And you pay nothing upfront. Here's how it works:
Through the Driver Solutions company-paid CDL training program, you will delay your training cost until you are well established in your new driving career. By choosing the P.A.M. Transport's CDL sponsorship, you won't pay the regular full tuition of $5,995. Instead, P.A.M. Transport has agreed to sponsor the first $4,500 of the truck driving school tuition. Your commitment to the training cost is $1,495, paid at the end of your first year of employment with the company.

No Hassle Repayment Plan
With this exclusive program, Driver Solutions has also designed a unique way for you to pay your $1,495 tuition. Once you are assigned your own truck at P.A.M. Transport, $45 will be deducted from your weekly paycheck and deposited into your Employee Savings Account in your name. You will accumulate approximately $1,980 in your Employee Savings Account during your first year with P.A.M. Transport.

After you complete your first year, Driver Solutions will receive $1,495 and you will receive a check for the balance! Plus you'll receive $100 upon graduating from the CDL training program.
